Delta State Speaker Goes Half Unclad As He’s Conferred With Chieftaincy Title (Photos)
Rt. Hon. Monday Igbuya, the Speaker Of Delta State House Of Assembly, went half-unclad as he was recently conferred with a new title as the Ukude R’Ovie of Ughelli kingdom.
The speaker also took a bow to His Royal Majesty, Dr Wilson Ojakovo Oharisi III JP after his title conferment.
